Children & Youth Partnership for Dare County (CYP) is hosting their 10th Annual KidsFest at Roanoke Island Festival Park in Manteo on Friday, May 12, from 9:30a.m.-12:30p.m.

Both Artrageous and KidsFest are FREE, FAMILY FRIENDLY events for young children, parents, and grandparents that will feature TONS of free art activities.

Thanks to a generous grant from the Outer Banks Community Foundation, Children & Youth Partnership is bringing Paperhand Puppet Intervention to KidsFest AND Artrageous. Their larger-than-life characters, interactive meet-the-puppet performances, and puppet parades are a must see!
