Celebrating the Arts on Hatteras Island

2020 Rock the Cape Festival

The 8th Annual Rock The Cape Festival has been cancelled due to Covid-19.

Rock The Cape Art Events On Hatteras

There will be multiple art-inspired happenings in Avon, Buxton and Hatteras Village between the two keystone events, including book signings, more live music, art workshops and more.

For more information about the event, click here.

Rock the Cape was started in 2012 as an initiative to celebrate the galleries, artists, and artistic community on Hatteras Island.

The annual event is held at the beginning of summer as a way to kick off the busy season on the island.

Rock the Cape brings a full slate of artistic activities from Rodanthe to Hatteras Village, including an art show, live art demonstrations, an oceanfront concert, and much more.
