Rob Snyder Exhibit

Mirage

From November 2021 through January 2022, our Courtroom Gallery will feature 20+ new paintings by Rob Snyder in an exhibition titled Mirage.

The Mirage theme involves areas and landmarks of what our geography and architecture may look like in the future.

The Mirage exhibit will showcase Rob's use of oil and acrylics, sometimes intermingled with other techniques, such as resin mixed media compositions, to bring his paintings to life.

Show Dates + Artist Info

Mirage will be on display in the Courtroom Gallery November 19 through January 22, 2022. There will be an opening reception on Friday, November 19 at 6pm.

Rob has traveled extensively in the Caribbean, which has had an influence in his art. His initial inspiration is derived from the sea and the shifting sandbar he has inhabited for the last 40+ years.

Rob learned many painting techniques from his father, a graphic designer and illustrator for the Federal Aviation Administration in Washington D.C., but he is principally a self-taught artist.
