Artistic Visions of Hope & Healing
We are partnering with Visionary Artists Group to invite artists whose lives have been affected by cancer to participate in a special exhibit that will open at Dare Arts in July.
Everyone whose life has been touched by cancer is encouraged to submit artwork. Whether you are recently diagnosed, a survivor, a family member, friend, a medical professional, or a caregiver, you are invited to share your journey through this project.

Exhibition Dates + Opening Reception
Living Proof: Artistic Visions of Hope & Healing will be on display in The Courtroom Gallery July 5-27, 2024.
There will be an opening reception on Friday, July 5 from 6pm to 8pm, where visitors can meet many of the participating artists and view their work.
The opening reception is during downtown Manteo's First Friday festivities and is free and open to the public.
Visionary Artists Group is an organization of local artists who are cancer survivors and/or caregivers. Their goal is to give all those whose lives have been impacted by cancer an opportunity to share their experiences through creative expression.
