When a group of best friends get together for an intimate dinner on the occasion of a lunar eclipse, they suspect it is just another typical night until the hostess proposes a game. All guests must lay their cell phones on the table and read aloud all incoming messages and answer all incoming phone calls in front of the entire group. What begins as a provocative party game quickly becomes a wild ride. This final film of the schedule will be followed by a questionnaire session in which members give input into the scheduling for the 2024-5 film society seasons. To see the trailer, click here. 

All films will be screened at Dare Arts in Manteo, unless otherwise specified. Doors will open at 6pm and films will start at 6:30pm. Discussion follows the screening. Seating is first come, first serve. The venue is accessible and has an elevator. Outer Banks Film Society Memberships are not refundable and are only available to adults 18 and up.

The Outer Banks Film Society was created to foster a community that appreciates the art of film. Unlike purchasing a ticket to go see a movie at the local theater, you join the Outer Banks Film Society through an annual or seasonal membership.
