For multi-media artist Naomi Michelle, it turns out that an old pile of T-shirts, discarded oxygen tubing and a roll of window screening make the perfect materials for transforming what may have otherwise ended up in a landfill into up-cycled works of art.

For her, tubing becomes a wearable piece of art, T-shirts morph into a tree sculpture and window screening transforms into a hanging piece of art called “Time.”
