Outer Banks metalsmith Cammie Halll is one of the four 2018 Emerging Artists who will be honored at our fundraising gala, the Bayou Ball. The Emerging Artists program, sponsored by TowneBank, features four cutting edge, up-and-coming artists in Dare County. The idea for the program grew out of DCAC's long-standing emphasis on fostering new relationships with younger artists across multiple disciplines.
