Dare County Arts Council invites you to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the release of Bob Dylan's All Along The Watchtower
featuring the fiber art of local artist Janet Stapelman with live performances from Outer Banks musicians performing the music of Bob Dylan.
Experimenting with light and color interactions on the subtly changing surfaces, Ms. Stapelman's unusual fiber art is a visual response to Dylan's lyrics. Playing in the background are classic covers of All Along the Watchtower performed by some of rock history's favorite musicians.
